Refund Policy
The short version: you can ask for a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of a payment. A USD subscription is charged each period by PayPal — you can cancel it yourself from the Subscriptions page in your account to stop future charges, or contact us. This policy is an extra commitment and does not reduce your legal rights.
1. 7-day no-questions refund
Any payment — one-time or renewal — can be fully refunded without a reason within 7 days of the payment date. Please give us your account email and, if you have them, the order or payment references.
2. How to request one and how long it takes
Email [email protected] from your account address with the purchase date, amount and currency, and say whether you want a refund or would rather have the problem looked at first.
Refunds are processed by hand: once approved, the money goes back along the original channel (PayPal or epay/Alipay) and the corresponding entitlement is revoked; we send a confirmation email when it is done. Arrival time depends on the payment channel and usually takes a few business days.
3. Cancelling is not a refund
Stopping a renewal only stops future charges — it does not refund payments already taken, and paid-for access runs to its expiry date. A successful refund ends the entitlement that payment paid for.
4. After 7 days
A term is bought as a whole, so once the 7-day window has passed we do not pro-rate the remaining days. If a serious defect makes a paid feature unusable for you, contact us — we handle those case by case: fix it if we can, refund it if we cannot.
5. Your statutory rights are unaffected
This policy is a voluntary extra commitment. Where your local law gives you stronger or longer rights — for example the withdrawal right for distance and digital-content contracts in the EU/UK — that law prevails and this policy does not narrow it.
In those jurisdictions the law may require us to obtain your express consent before delivering digital content immediately and to tell you that you lose the withdrawal right; without that consent the statutory right stands.
6. Abuse and chargebacks
We may refuse refunds and suspend accounts for refund abuse, fraud, violations of the terms, or repeat buy-then-refund patterns.
If you are thinking about a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first — most problems get solved faster without a dispute.
