Install in three steps

Grab the installer above; it is about 35 MB.
2. Run it
Windows SmartScreen may warn because the file is not code-signed. Choose "More info", then "Run anyway". The app installs into the system, appears in the Start menu, and auto-updates by default.
3. Start packing
Open the app, choose your mod folder, and press Pack.
